Samantha Love, OD, is a well-versed optometrist who attends to patients at Clermont Family Eyecare in Clermont, FL, which she established in 2015. Dr. Samantha Love commenced her journey in the optometry arena by filling in for various doctors in private and commercial offices in the Atlanta, GA, area. After 18 months in filling in roles, she established Bella Vista Family Eyecare upon purchasing a Walmart Vision Center (2007-2011). She grew her practice within a year to two locations in Georgia, i.e., Marietta and Lithia Springs. Eventually, she relocated to Clermont Florida, and established Clermont Family Eyecare. Samantha Love, OD, attended Southern University and A&M College in Baton Rouge, LA, and was awarded her Bachelor of Science degree in 2001. She then acquired her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2005 at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL. During her career, she has served as member of the American Optometric Association, the National Optometric Association, the Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians, and the Florida Optometric Association. Dr. Love also served as member of the American Optometric Student Association, Private Practice Club, the College of Optometrists in Vision Development, and several others. She was also President of the National Optometric Student Association, Residential Complex Ambassador, tutor, teaching assistant, and Lions Club Charter member.
